Tempo Certo was founded on a shared entrepreneurial vision — combining deep expertise and innovation to build a secure, practical platform that simplifies daily operations for companies and large distributors.

We take the time to fully understand each client's needs before recommending a solution. Continuous improvement is core to how we operate, and our clients are always our top priority.

Our Timeline

2015

The dream began! We held the first meetings for project assembly, validation, and market research.

2016

Focus on the development and prototyping of the MVP, along with concept and usability tests, ensuring a solid foundation for the project.

2017

We launched our MVP, gained our first client (Hippo Supermercados), and strengthened our position by participating in EXPOSUPER.

2018

With a continuous focus on innovation, the system was enhanced with new features and usability improvements. We gained the trust of more major clients in national retail, such as Brasão Supermercados.

2019

We started expanding the sales team and joined the ACATE and Blusoft centers in Blumenau.

2020

With the first investment from Nexxera and in the midst of the pandemic, we accelerated growth and consolidated our position in retail. We earned the trust of major clients like Angeloni, Grupo Mundial Mix, Cassol, Nordestão, among others.

2021

Focused on our mission, we reached several states in Brazil, broadening our portfolio with clients such as AM/PM, Coop, Jacomar, and Líder Atacadista.

2022

We underwent a structural reorganization, with the creation of our sales machine and the Marketing department.

2023

We grew 94% in revenue and increased our client base. We continued with team expansion and structural organization. We also started the project for the system's new layout.

2024

We delivered the system's new layout, along with new functionalities. Furthermore, we paved the way for new segments and markets.

2025

A year of even greater expansion and growth. New clients, more team members, and a move to a new headquarters — now in a larger space, designed to give our people more comfort and room to thrive. A year filled with networking, visibility, and participation in more than 5 different trade shows covering retail, logistics, and innovation, alongside training sessions for our team. In December, we celebrated our very first Culture Day — a day packed with activities, conversations, and truly memorable moments.

2026

Canada — Market Immersion Our CEO Marcelo is spending four months in Kitchener, Ontario, studying the Canadian yard management market — one of the most demanding and technologically advanced in the world.
